I truly enjoyed the café during the breakfast. The location couldn't be more marvellous within walking distance of Brighton's best attractions. Plus, a bucolic village was at a walking distance from the venue.

Everything was good for our purposes, party. The staff were accommodating, they made our stay a good experience. Incredible very central location short walk to the the train station, the pubs, restaurants, shops and a short walk to the seafront and shops and pubs/restaurants. Moreover, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a restored Regency garden. We greatly enjoyed staying 2 nights here.
